We are looking to hire an experienced HVAC Technician, with the ability to wear many different hats to join our Maintenance Family!

As an Experienced Maintenance Personnel joining our Maintenance Family, you will

Inspect and repair structural, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain HVAC systems for optimal climate control and energy efficiency.

Perform preventative maintenance to minimize future issues. Address safety hazards and maintain a secure environment. Assist with seasonal needs, including snowplowing. Operate a variety of power and hand tools with precision. Keep our facilities looking their best with routine painting and repairs.




Requirements

Knowledgeable in HVAC with on the job experience!

Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical systems, or machinery maintenance.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities. A proactive attitude with attention to detail. Able to work successfully under limited supervision The physical ability to lift and move 50-60 pounds regularly. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
