We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Delavan cultivation center as a Sanitation Associate. As a Sanitation Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our cultivation center maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, contributing to the production of the highest-quality cannabis products for patients throughout Illinois

Responsibilities:

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Ensuring the utmost cleanliness of the Cultivation Center.

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Daily cleaning and sanitization of Men\'s and Women\'s bathrooms.

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Organizing and emptying desks and office trash to promote an organized workspace.

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Creating a clean and inviting break room for our team members.

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Assisting with various errands as assigned by office personnel.

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Maintaining stock and supplies for bathrooms and break room to support smooth operations.

Qualifications:

\xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Passion for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation - a genuine dedication to our mission. \xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Positive attitude and strong ability to follow directions - an essential team player. \xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf High School diploma or GED - a foundation for success. \xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Punctuality and reliability - vital for maintaining an efficient schedule. \xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Meticulous attention to detail - ensuring top-notch cleanliness and safety. \xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Physical fitness to lift up to 60 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds - a requirement for the role. \xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Successful completion of a thorough background check - maintaining safety and compliance. \xf0\x9f\x8c\xbf Obtainment of a Cultivation Center Agent Card from the IL Department of Agriculture - regulatory compliance.

Note: A qualifying applicant must successfully complete 90 day evaluation period. At 90 days employee with receive a .50 increase!
