The Opportunity

Our Zulily corporate headquarters is in Seattle, WA. You will join our Facilities Team in our Lockbourne OH Fulfillment Center and help the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering supplies, and supporting productivity functions. Your Impact

  • Plan maintenance and repair, including preventative maintenance programs, of the building, grounds, and major mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Own corporate services including daily management of dining and catering vendors, janitorial vendors, along with providing office services such as copy/print, postal and corporate priority mail
  • Assist the facilities team in developing and managing operational budgets including administration of the procurement system and other invoice and purchase order responsibilities.
  • Oversee office adds, moves and changes in close collaboration with the Facilities Design & Space Planning team.
  • Manage a variety of building projects including collaboration with leaders and employees to develop the right scope and establish project schedules and budgets in conjunction with the Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS) Design & Construction teams.
  • Responsive to employee concerns and responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the CREWS team and employees and guests in general.
  • Help insure the delivery of an exceptional work environment while managing cost and vendor strategies.
  • Maintain statutory records, certificates and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion.
  • Respond to wide range of general employee requests for facility-related help.
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years previous experience in a similar working environment
  • Administrative experience within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience with multi tasking and managing details of different processes efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience working independently, seek answers when help is needed and motivated to seek out additional tasks for completion.
