Job Summary

: The Maintenance Execution Manager will develop, manage, and deliver the maintenance execution plan and schedule for Crowley Maintenance. This role supports the delivery of the Capital Plan and supervises Crowley deployable maintenance personnel, including both administrative and union craft. Responsibilities include ensuring team training, development, and succession planning, as well as managing overall team performance through setting expectations and conducting performance discussions. Additionally, this role oversees the meter proving and pressure testing programs and maintains a strong working relationship with the Union Representative and USW.

Key Responsibilities

:

Leadership and Management

:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of craft maintenance personnel. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with People and Culture to manage the employee lifecycle, including hiring, development, coaching, and performance management. Monitor team capability and ensure plans are in place to maintain technical capabilities.

Performance Management

:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance activities. Ensure activities are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Operations and Maintenance: Ensure the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Contribute to and own the development and implementation of the maintenance strategy and annual maintenance execution plans.

Stakeholder Engagement

:
Serve as a key member of the Business Unit Maintenance Leadership Team and collaborate with Regional Facility Program Managers to support efficient maintenance delivery. Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Provide regular progress updates on the maintenance execution plan. Act as a key contact and liaison for USW. Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their requirements are met.
Qualifications

Qualifications

:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics or a related field is preferred. Background and experience in maintenance and reliability with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Experience

:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations and maintenance execution activities, with expertise in a petroleum or fuel delivery business required. Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience required. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. Skilled in complex problem-solving using analysis, technical, and organizational expertise to develop innovative solutions.

Travel:


Up to 50% of the time.

Working Conditions

:
Work in both office and outdoor environments, with exposure to high and low temperatures, odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels, and potentially dangerous equipment. Must be able to crouch, stoop, and climb ladders in areas with restricted headroom. Extended use of a computer keyboard and monitor, with the ability to sit for long periods.
