We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Operations Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this crucial role, you\'ll ensure our hospital\'s facilities and equipment remain in top condition, supporting our commitment to providing excellent patient care. Compensation:

  • $26 - $33 pending skill set and experience
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 12p \xe2\x80\x93 8p
  • No Weekends!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Maintenance: Conduct general repairs and maintenance of the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and equipment according to company standards.
  • Inspection & Cleanliness: Assist in inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital and surrounding grounds.
  • Interior Painting: Apply your skills to paint interior surfaces and refresh hospital spaces.
  • Lighting & Fixtures: Maintain light fixtures and repair or replace cabinet and other fixtures as needed.
  • Tile Repairs: Perform repairs and replacements of floor and ceiling tiles.
  • Basic Plumbing & Electrical: Utilize your knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drywall & Patching: Execute basic drywall and patching tasks, ensuring seamless and aesthetically pleasing repairs.
  • Equipment Repair: Conduct small equipment repairs to keep hospital operations running smoothly.
  • Project Evaluation: Evaluate and document material and labor costs for maintenance projects, offering accurate insights for decision-making.
  • Safety & Compliance: Monitor and recommend improvements for safety issues, participating in Massachusetts Regulatory Compliance initiatives (OSHA).
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate and coordinate visits with outside vendors, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Maintenance Ticketing: Monitor and update the maintenance ticketing system, ensuring timely and organized responses to maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Valid driver\'s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Prior maintenance and facilities experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing is preferred.
