Our products complement manufacturers' warranties both during and after the factory warranty period. As Facilities and Procurement Manager you are responsible for overseeing multiple facilities located in North America along with mailroom and procurement processes for Operations.

Job Responsibilities:



Manage a portfolio of 5 real estate assets for a workforce of 800 people Maintain day-to-day operations of two North America facilities in North America Lead project to evaluate location options Manage projects to commission and decommission sites (20,000 - 60,000 sq. ft.) Provide support to Sales team for client visits Manage, develop, motivate and retain direct reports Manage network of vendors who provide services to facilities. 10% travel required; additional travel required for project work Assist with, or lead, RFI/RFP processes within Operations, and partner with other groups as needed, when vetting new vendors Work closely with Legal to make sure contracts and terms are favorable (new and renewals) Develop all real estate related risk management procedures to mitigate impact to the business Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for key C-suite leaders Schedule, coordinate, and/or perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for senior leaders Organize office operations and procedures, and ensure all invoices are paid on time Assist with the management of contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease Address employee inquiries regarding office management issues (e.g., supplies, badge access, parking access, etc.) Liaise with facility management vendors, including, but not limited to, cleaning, catering, and office environment Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels Ensure mailroom processing runs efficiently while delivering a high level of service Develop a climate for superior employee satisfaction to include coaching, development, recognition, and succession planning Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety

Job Requirements:



A bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of proven experience in facilities and procurement management Strong critical reasoning skills, proactive approach to work and drives results in a collaborative manner. Ability to work independently, making sound decisions Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Must be innovative, and able to offer solutions to challenging situations Exercises sound judgment when interacting with employees and customers
