  • Provide general overall facility management services including monitoring of CMMS
  • Address inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Respond to facility inquiries and complaints, verify problem and take the necessary corrective action
  • Remain knowledgeable regarding operational aspects of building systems
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment
  • Maintain on-going communication with contractors and team
  • Create work orders and assign work orders to the engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors
  • Report on open/closed work orders and check the status of open work orders
  • Request, review and submit work orders, bids and proposals from vendors
  • Verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner
  • Assist in the monitoring and assessment of vendor performance
  • Maintain database of facility assets and condition assessments
  • Maintain records for OSHA, environmental, and other regulatory compliance
  • Create and record appropriate written communication between all parties
  • Communicate frequently with Center landlords and vendors to resolve issues and provide project status updates
  • Assist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators against service level agreements
  • Provide facilities helpdesk services on behalf of the client(s) and monitor internal/external workflow for all facilities cases to ensure consistent quality of service and work product
  • Additional duties may be added as changes in the companyxe2x80x99s goals and direction occur, in order to maintain our departmentxe2x80x99s alignment with the goals and direction.

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, both verbally and in written form, with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence.
  • Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using independent judgment and personal initiative.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Recognize and act on opportunities; adjust direction when situation warrants
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Work independently without regular direct supervision.
  • Approximately 5% travel as required.
This Is What It Takes:
  • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate
  • Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred
