What\'s the Job?
- Maintain all aspects of property
- Perform routing work orders
- Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules
- Represent the company as you respond to maintenance requests of residents and staff.
- Deadline oriented and efficient expertise
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt
- Meet the physical requirements of the various tasks including stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, reaching, lifting, and carrying
- Jack-of-all trades (will train) with expertise in any area of maintenance including drywall/paint; electrical; plumbing; heating/cooling; flooring; roofing; appliance repair; landscaping; etc.
- Full-time hours
