Double L Ranch Meats, a division of Lower Foods, Inc. is actively seeking to hire a Facility Maintenance in Richmond, Utah. Candidate will be responsible for assuring grounds are kept presentable, perform routine grounds maintenance, and assist the maintenance team as needed. Previous experience is not required but our ideal candidate has a background in general labors, landscaping, construction clean up, is self-driven and willing to learn. Candidate must be available for on-call snow removal during the winter. Pay is depending on experience $22 and up/ Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the exterior upkeep and maintenance of property.
• Blowing breezeways and parking lots, picking up trash
• Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, weed-eating, removal of all green waste debris, irrigation systems/pumps.
• Maintain and clean dumpster areas, make sure they are emptied and free from debris
• Ensure snow removal for property during winter months.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the curb appeal

Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Handle a heavy workload [carry up to 50lbs]
• Being able to work in in-climate weather, rain, heat, cold, wind, snow
• Forklift & skid-steer experience a plus, but not required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am- 5 pm (with some on-call work in the winter) Pay: $22-DOE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
