Alpha Storage Advisors is looking to fill a Facility Manager position at a climate controlled self-storage facility located in Lowell AR. This position is salaried starting at $40,000 and is negotiable up to $50,000 based on experience, with cash bonuses for meeting performance and occupancy goals. A performance bonus and total occupancy bonuses are negotiable. We are looking to fill this position immediately. To apply you must be able to work Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday with Saturdays as required. You must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving history, reliable transportation, and be able to pass both a drug test and background check. The hours for this location are 9am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 10am \xe2\x80\x93 3pm on Saturday and Closed on Sunday. We are closed for major holidays including New Year\xe2\x80\x99s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Paid Time Off will accrue up to one week off your first year and up two weeks off starting in year 2, but is negotiable based on experience. Required Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a management position including supervision of employees. Minimum 2+ years in a sales related position. Strength in the following skillsets is required; computer skills, Microsoft Office, selling skills, phone skills, customer service and people skills, management, communication, email. This position requires a sales focus, strong conversational skills, the ability to generate collections from calls to past due tenants, the ability to take ownership of the business and to manage direct reports. A professional appearance is also required. Description: You will own the management of a premier self-storage facility. You will have direct responsibility for hiring and managing at least one assistant manager. Other job responsibilities include converting sales leads and phone calls into unit leases, providing outstanding customer service to current and potential tenants, answering phone calls and returning emails promptly, securing facility after shifts, basic knowledge of units, pricing, and our operating system.
