Primary responsibility is to provide customer communications, leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical (including HVAC and refrigeration), structural, and life safety systems.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and management support for day -to-day operations and maintenance for up to 10 government-owned supermarkets (commissaries) that are spread across a large geographic areaCoordinate reimbursable construction, renovations and repair work with store, client approver, service technicians and project estimatorEnsure services are aligned with each store\xe2\x80\x99s expectations through regular communication and reportingEnsure that all services are recorded appropriately in both JLL and government databases, as requiredProvides oversight of technicians and subcontractors for store portfolioEvaluate technician and subcontractor performanceProvides contract compliance management and quality control.Complete Engineering and Operations Audit for code compliance relative to all maintenance process and procedures.Determine preventive maintenance scheduling intervals and work to maintain, update and improve the operational efficiency and balance of preventive and reactive maintenance services.Analyze equipment downtime ramification and develops Emergency Response Action Plans (ERAP) in the event of equipment failure.Ensure that proper engineering procedures and standards are being practiced and maintained.Develop and deliver training methods, materials and programs relative to building operating standardsEnsures the availability of an adequate inventory of tools and supplies to operate the facilities.Provide assistance to the management and the maintenance staff in dealing with local, State and Federal code requirements and their implementation.Manages safety compliance and systems training for the maintenance staffEnsure all environmental conditions meet all codes and standardPerforms other duties as required to meet clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives.Desired skills and experience for this job-Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.Four years work experience in a building trades supervisory role, preferably in a large retail environment with complex HVAC and refrigeration systemsManagerial experience required with superior people and financial skills.Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports.Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC, local, state, and national codes, environmental regulations, fire and safety skills.#LI-CH2Estimated compensation for this position is:85,000.00 \xe2\x80\x93 98,000.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.
