A premier Civil Litigation firm is seeking a 3+ year Family Law Attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience with litigation and a desire to work in a collaborative team-centric office.

Qualifications

• 3 +years of experience
• Experience with taking and defending depositions.
• Exceptional writing skills and strong academic background.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Ability to effectively work with people, exercise sound judgment and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
• Confident in taking depositions, handling a case from in-take through resolution
• Opportunity offers Autonomy and looking for an Entrepreneurial attitude
• Licensed in DE and come from an accredited ABA school
