We have an opportunity for Family Medicine Physician at our Lancaster Family Health Center at Beverly located in Salem, OR.

Who we are looking for:

• A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine.
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.
• New graduate? Make your resume stand out by listing all clinical rotations and your experience in community health or with underserved patient populations

Position Details :

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community.
• Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care.
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time).

• EMR system is EPIC.
• Practice a full spectrum of family medicine; high-risk C-section training is required.
• You will engage with a minimum of 20 patients per day.
• Willing to take call schedule.
• Committed to working with underserved patient population

Position highlights:

• $283k annual compensation (based at 2.5 pt per hour)
• Guaranteed first-year annual salary.
• Hiring Bonus of $30k.
• Relocation allowance of $20k.
• $1,500 monthly resident stipend commencing the month after you sign contract.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program and MCH Fellowship.
