Family Nurse Practitioner \xe2\x80\x93Express Clinic Opportunity

Providence Community Health Centers Express Clinic with two locations \xe2\x80\x93our flagship clinic on Prairie Avenue and our new state-of-the-art clinic on Atwood Street in the Olneyville neighborhood \xe2\x80\x93 is recruiting for an urgent care provider. It\'s an exciting time to join our team!

PCHC is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island and our Express Clinics (urgent care) are open 7 days. PCHC also has nine neighborhood-based primary care clinics\xe2\x80\x94all NCQA Level 3 patient-centered medical homes\xe2\x80\x94 with 600+ employees. We have been serving the city of Providence for more than 55 years.

Our Express clinic providers see patients of all ages. The schedule includes 12-hour weekdays and 8-hour weekend shifts.

FNP Qualifications:

• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 FNP experience in primary care or urgent care
• Desire to work in a community health setting serving a diverse multicultural patient population
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
