Family Services Specialist I/II This position is located in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Travel is Occasional - Must possess a valid driver\'s license and maintain required car insurance. This is a hybrid and/or remote work position. In-person training will be provided. Annual Salary:

• Level I H14A: $37,440.00/Annually + Full State Benefits
• Level II H14B: $40,248.00/Annually + Full State Benefits

Minimum Qualifications: Family Services Specialist I

• Education and Experience requirements consist of two years of clerical office work in a business, public sector, or social work environment;

• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting thirty semester hours of college for each year of the required experience.

Family Services Specialist II

• a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.

• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of experience in professional social work for each year of the bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.

Preference Statement Preference may be given to applicants with previous call center experience. Job Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a professional and kind manner in a call center setting.
• Assess the needs of individuals and determine eligibility for specific programs for Adult and Family Services.
• This position will be full-time work from home once trained.
• Interview clients via phone.
• Compile data and complete documentation for eligibility.
• Make appropriate program referrals to community resources.
• Participate in individual and staff conferences.
• Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position.
• Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.
