• \xe2\x88\x99 Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, and a clean driving record.
• \xe2\x88\x99 Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment
• \xe2\x88\x99 Pass a DOT physical
• \xe2\x88\x99 Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with hand truck
• \xe2\x88\x99 Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
• \xe2\x88\x99 Have reliable transportation to and from work -\xef\xb8\x8f Be on time and ready to work each workday
• \xe2\x88\x99 Be able to climb stairs
• \xe2\x88\x99 Be able to work in all types of weather
• \xe2\x88\x99 Have a strong work ethic and get it done attitude

Daily Duties include but not limited to:

• \xe2\x88\x99 Your vehicle must be operated safely at all times
• \xe2\x88\x99 Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform up to 150 stops a day
• \xe2\x88\x99 Perform daily inspection of vehicle including checking fluid levels
• \xe2\x88\x99 Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads
• \xe2\x88\x99 Work independently and as part of a team
• \xe2\x88\x99 Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager
• \xe2\x88\x99 Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
• \xe2\x88\x99 Accurate disposition of package delivery and pickups is a must and critical to our integrity.
• \xe2\x88\x99 Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
