Red Rock Auto in Watford City, ND is currently hiring for an F&I Manager. Our family owned dealer group is looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and personal ambition to join our successful team. F&I Manager\'s Responsibilities include:

• Building rapport with a variety of customers and determining their Finance & Insurance needs
• Comprehensive product knowledge
• Active approach to building value in the products for customers
• Working with banks to provide customers with best financing options
• Managing the paperwork deal flow in your F&I department

F&I Manager\'s Qualifications:

• Previous automotive F&I experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Personal commitment to a career in the auto industry
• An outgoing, friendly personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge as well as computer software and internet proficiency
• The ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• A valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to behave effectively on a team
• Ability to follow processes and directions

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits:

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
