Day to Day:

• Go door-to-door to introduce the company and what it has to offer to potential and existing customers.
• Demonstrate a vast knowledge of the company, product, and services.
• Conveniently schedule homeowners with free in-home estimates.
• Confidently answer questions and attempt to sway opinion.

Requirements:

• Build a connection with homeowners.
• Able to stand and walk for extended hours.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Able to maintain a high level of energy and a positive attitude.

Compensation \xe2\x80\x93

• Guaranteed base rate of $18.00/hourly.
• Average first-year earnings of $55,000-75,000
• Top performers earn over $100,000+
