Partner with Field Operations to proactively identify and introduce new ideas/solutions to build and execute regional and restaurant specific marketing plans utilizing all resources and channels available. Plans can include, but are not limited to, community partnerships, PR, local media, events, sponsorships and fundraisers.
Analyze, track and communicate performance of LRM initiatives in assigned territory against marketing and business goals to measure impact, improve effectiveness, and identify opportunities to grow results.
Provide ongoing training and coaching of new marketing initiatives, tools and processes to empower Managing and Market Partners to activate LRM on their own.
Manage creative development of marketing materials to support local initiatives such as flyers, banners, bounce backs, etc. in partnership with the brand marketing team.
Localize national marketing and philanthropic programs to meet the business needs of your assigned territory. This includes developing relationships with key community groups and philanthropic stakeholders in your communities.
Serve as first point of contact for field marketing questions and requests in assigned territory; maintain strong, frequent, proactive communication Field Operators and Franchisees to understand and support changing business needs
Partner with operations to support successful grand openings in territory markets with LRM initiatives. Identify opportunities within the market to generate brand awareness for the new location.
Collaborate with Field Communications team to ensure proper communication LRM initiatives ensuring better field execution & Guest experience.
Manage marketing budget and spending for assigned territory.
Ensure brand standard compliance in territory markets.
Support Franchise locations in territory markets providing them with training and cross-collaboration on initiatives when applicable.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
College degree or equivalent work experience required \xe2\x80\x93 Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business Administration
5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Marketing or related field required. Previous restaurant/hospitality experience strongly preferred.
Requires a comprehensive understanding of marketing channels, local restaurant marketing and sales building programs.
Ability to effectively multi-task and manage competing priorities and initiatives across internal & external stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Ability to build, execute and analyze plans and programs for impact.
Strong partnership mentality focused on teaching, coaching and rolling up your sleeves to assist operators in uncovering LRM & community building activities in their trade areas.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation writing and editing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Detail oriented. self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision. Must bring a desire to learn, grow and be challenged.
Frequent travel required, 50%-70% (may fluctuate based on business needs)

Compensation Range: $69,100.00 - $95,050.00
