Position Summary:

The Field Office Clerk is responsible for handling daily administrative duties for the Field Office Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value \xe2\x80\x93 Safety first, in everything we do.
  • Interact with clients, visitors, vendors, and all departments within the company.
  • Receive, distribute, and process invoices received for payment.
Qualifications:
  • ?High School or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume department.
  • Communication with vendors and field personnel on a daily basis.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Necessary Attributes:
  • Team player and with good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with good verbal and written communication skills.
