Job Description


Job Title: Field Service EngineerJoin our dynamic team of engineers to handle lab automation troubleshooting, maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Update and calibrate new lab machines. Address issues through the ticket queue by troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and collaborate with internal parties to resolve problems. Engage in continuous improvement projects with other engineering and production teams. Document all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), preventative maintenance, and safety logs. Track equipment costs and project budgets. Prepare equipment for seasonal ramp-ups as a team.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 14 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Johnston, Iowa.Work EnvironmentMonday-Friday 8AM-5PM. You will have a cubicle but will often be out on the floor or in the lab working with equipment.
