We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for our client in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Field Service Technician\'s primary responsibility is to service truck-mounted equipment, specifically cranes, forklifts, bucket trucks, platforms, conveyors, trucks, and trailers. Responsibilities:

• Perform field repairs and troubleshooting of articulating cranes, truck-mounted forklifts, conveyors, trucks, and trailers using a high degree of independent judgment.
• Conduct quarterly preventive maintenance as per customer schedule, including Annual DOT inspections and warranty service.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled troubleshooting and repairs during working and non-working hours.
• Effectively communicate mechanical issues and needed repairs to the job site and/or fleet managers.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including estimates, work order authorization, parts ordering and recording, labor, and inventory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal safety regulations.
• Keep the company vehicle, job site equipment, and work areas clean and orderly.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in mechanical, hydraulics, electrical systems, troubleshooting diagnostics, and welding.
• Physical ability to work in all weather conditions and perform tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting heavy objects (75lbs+) for extended periods.
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience or training, with emphasis on articulating cranes and forklifts.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Valid CDL driver\'s license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days of employment.
• Clean driving record.
• Own tools required, company proprietary tools will be provided.

Pay: $25 - $40 per hour, based on experience
