We are currently seeking a Field Tech Associate Director to join our team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Job Duties:

• Individuals are experts in their subject area and have working knowledge of related subject areas.
• Lead large scale projects and may lead or guide others on cross-functional projects outside of their own department.
• Manages a staff of professional-level team members.
• Leads, implements, and troubleshoots complex and specialized solutions.
• Research alternatives to existing software and hardware.
• Responsible for addressing escalated break/fix issues and maintaining strong client experience levels.
• Provides strong technical leadership for the Engineering team.
• Provides guidance and technical advice to field teams, becoming actively involved as necessary.
• Acts as coach and mentor to lower-level technical specialists.
• Responsible for ensuring that SLAs are met in their area of responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as an Engineering Team Manager
• 10 years\' experience providing Desktop Engineering experience
• 5 years\' experience installing, udating, and fixing Windows 10/11 from an enterprise perspective.
• 3 years\' Windows Defender, Azure, Active directory experience
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with MDM technologies
• In-depth knowledge of System Centre Configuration Manager.
• Understanding of Service Management including change, incident, and problem management as it applies to a large enterprise environment and use of an ITSM tool such as Service Now
• ITIL v3 Foundations certifications
• Undergraduate degree in a related field (Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science)
