Seek Thermal, a key player in the development of advanced thermal imaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Finance Intern to join our team. If you\'re a motivated and self-driven individual, this internship is designed for you!

What You\'ll Do:

\xc2\xb7 Support timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year end closes:

o Prepare G/L reconciliations for balance sheet accounts

o Manage fixed asset and depreciation register

o Prepare regular monthly journal entries

o Prepare trended income statements and plan to actual variance analysis

o Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

o Coordinate cross functionally to ensure accurate month end cutoffs and accruals

\xc2\xb7 Support annual external financial statement audit:

o Preparation of schedules as requested by auditors

o Investigation and retrieval of supporting documents as requested by auditors

\xc2\xb7 Maintain daily bank and cash reporting, ensuring all bank transactions are reflected in Netsuite in a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor, maintain and improve financial reporting delivered to the company through Vena and Power BI.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and file sales tax, property tax and other local returns

\xc2\xb7 Cross train for overflow support in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
