This role is the AMER business advisor to the MES management team and includes developing and maintaining complex financial models for pricing, resource and margin management and acts as advisor and strategic partner for all financial, operational and client matters. The role will also encompass global oversight of MES financials leveraging support and providing direction to financial teams in WD and JBS.Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Assist in the overall structure and control of P&L \xe2\x80\x93 revenue and expense management and tracking, value-added reporting and analysis
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insight on monthly and quarterly results and margins against plan, forecast, and prior year results
  • Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information
  • Support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentations
  • Collaborate with team to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new planning & reporting tools
Business Partnering
  • Become a trusted partner and advisor to business leaders, bridge gaps between finance and the business as well as other functions
  • Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives
  • Proactive decision-making support to all stakeholders
  • Leads strategic planning, budgeting, and reforecasting activities, including best practices, training, timelining, and coordination across all key groups
  • Perform monthly financial reporting and articulating results to leaders
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support on an as needed basis
Teamwork
  • Collaborate with team to share and improve technical skills
  • Continuously drive improvements to existing processes and procedures
  • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices and process documentation
  • Demonstrate high level of customer service with client contacts and internal team
  • Manage and mentor staff and help guide their development
Qualification
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting, professional certification preferred
  • At least 6-8 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in managing business financials and finance projects
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft/PAX/OCI is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proven presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively deal with tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated; confident & energetic

Estimated compensation for this position is:144,000.00 \xe2\x80\x93 165,000.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.
