Primary Function of Position:

The Finance Manager, Corporate G&A will have primary responsibility for financial management for all facets of HR, Legal, Finance organizations, as well as Intuitive Comp & Benefits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop highly effective business partner relationships with G&A function leadership and serve as trusted advisor.
• Attract, retain, and develop high performing, highly engaged team of financial analysts.
• Lead team ad hoc decision-support, financial modeling, and reporting efforts.
• Drive partner organizations to achieve financial targets and KPIs while still meeting key business goals.
• Manage monthly close and disclosure deliverables, quarterly forecast, and annual budgeting, with a keen focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
• Provide complete and timely read-out of financial results and KPIs to senior leadership in business functions and FP&A.
• Develop forecasting methodologies that accurately projects costs based on business conditions and key inputs.

Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of financial management in demanding, high growth environment;
• Minimum bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics or related field. MBA and/or CPA are a plus;
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and to partner across multiple functions;
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills;
• Experienced with financial systems and analytical tools such as SAP (ERP), Hyperion and Tableau;
• Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced organization and prioritize evolving, concurrent deliverables
• Fast and high-quality execution with impeccable attention to detail;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Must be willing/able to work onsite 2 days/week at our Sunnyvale, CA office.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
