We are looking for a Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at

Ourisman Tri-State Subaru in Newark

Earning potential of $150,000 - $225,000 depending on performance and experience. This is our newest store, it's a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor. This is not a beginner role, this position is for a talented Finance Manager with a documentable performance history. Ourisman is one of the largest dealer groups in the country and for over 100 years, we have been family owned and operated.

Responsibilities:

Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries Generate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plans Benchmark each dealership's production goals with the cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of the dealership's F&I goals Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect sales and finance departments Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction No Sundays
Finance Manager Qualifications:

Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads, docupad experience preferred Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills E-contracting and excellent CIT management required Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
