Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Twin Falls, ID : Truck Ranch is seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Twin Falls, ID. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in protecting the dealership by ensuring compliance, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing back-end profitability. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales management and possess strong finance skills. Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and proper creation of all deals in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Utilize provided software tools to sell back-end products such as Warranties, GAP, etc., and increase back-end profitability
- Arrange and secure financing for all deals, submitting applications to credit unions and banks
- Maintain complete and accurate deal paperwork, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Collect all monies for deals within the designated timeframe, noting any exceptions
- Coordinate with the Office Manager for deal handoff and timely funding
- Assist with Sales Managers\' duties in their absence or as needed
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- At least 2 years of finance experience
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations and finance processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver\'s license
