QUALIFICATIONS:



? Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a

related field.

? Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial and cost accounting,

preferably in a manufacturing setting.

? Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office

Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).



? Soft Skills:



o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

o Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.



JOB SUMMARY:



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial

operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with excellent

organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.



DUTIES:



? Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate financial records including general ledger

entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.

? Accounts Management:

Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoicing,

and ensure timely payments and collections.

? Product Costing:

Refine and implement tools to calculate pricing of new products to be

sold to customers, including labor, material, testing, overhead and margin.

? Cost Accounting:

Develop and implement tools to evaluate actual production costs per

work order, including labor, material, testing and overhead, compared to established

standards; identify and investigate variances and coordinate corrective actions.

? Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial

forecasts; monitor expenditures and report variances.

? Tax Preparation and Compliance:

Prepare and file tax documents in accordance with

local, state, and federal regulations; assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.

? Financial Reporting:

Generate periodic financial reports for management review;

analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

? Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in financial processes

and controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Onsite only

HOURS:

Standard Day Shift hours - Monday-Friday



WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:



? This is a primarily office-based role with standard business hours.

? Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required during peak periods or financial

closing periods.

? Routine visits to the warehouse, laboratories and manufacturing plants are required, with

additional hazards present in those work areas that require attention.

? Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
