Job Description
Analyze and evaluate financial performance of asset management and capital projects Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts for capital projects Conduct financial analysis on asset acquisitions, dispositions, and valuations Develop and maintain capital project budgets and track project expenditures Identify and assess financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives Monitor and report on the financial performance of ongoing capital projects Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders * Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in asset management and capital project finance
