Responsibilities

Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company objectives. Assist with benefits administration by providing clients with information on available options and assisting them in making informed decisions. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales strategies and improve customer service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

No previous experience required Must pass a background check Must be 18+ Must have valid SSN or work permit Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
