Assists senior leadership in Financial Analysis in the development and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual operating budgets and financial reports. Analyzes, evaluates, and develops forecasting models and identifies to management potential areas of opportunities and risks. Reviews financials for unusual variances and provides recommendations or explanations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide financial reporting and business analytics support to strategic business programs and key business functions.
Identify key drivers and trends of financial performance and communicate proactively with management in the supported business.
Publish daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting to support key initiatives.
Prepare expense reporting, accrual tracking, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, capacity modeling, and annual budgeting process.
Be a true business partner who provides best-in-class support and cultivates an environment of mutual trust.
Enhance existing reporting or develop new reporting to address program changes as business needs evolve.
Identify action items in periodic business reviews, and diligently follow up to bring satisfactory closure of issues.
Core Requirements:
2+ years of financial analysis experience.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance or accounting preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
Experience with SQL preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, complex financial modeling, and reporting.
Balance Sheet or Full Income Statement strongly preferred.
Experience with Workday, Hyperion, TM1 reporting tools preferred.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
