Join the Western Sun Team\xe2\x80\xa6 Broken Arrow area credit union is seeking a full time Financial Service Rep I. Individual will perform a variety of duties for financial record keeping, maintaining accurate accounting records and reports for use by financial management and operations. Responsibilities
  • Using specialized ledgers and accounting software to record and process expenditures, receipts, payroll and other financial transactions.
  • Making adjusting entries for NSF checks, wire transfers, transfer charges and other fees.
  • Reviewing and preparing various plastic card reports as needed/requested, researching reports and statements for accuracy relative to plastic cards, and posting payments in investment subsidiary ledgers.
  • Maintenance and Process accounts payable and prepaid transactions.
  • Process debit card fraud claims.
  • Review fraud and re-issue reports.
  • Reconcile electronic funds and share draft processing.
Knowledge of basic accounting required and credit union or banking experience is helpful. High School Diploma and six months to 2 years of similar or related experience required. EOE/M/F Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour Benefits:
