Delaware North Sportservice is hiring Fine Dining Interns to join our team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan for the 2025 season. As a Fine Dining Intern, you will assist the management team with training and scheduling team members. On event days, you will help our Suites, Premium Club, and Catering Team with overall operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff assignments.Are you an undergraduate or graduate student seeking an internship in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with real-world learning opportunities? An extensive menu with an emphasis on Detroit-inspired fare is created for every game.
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding orders in all premium dining areas.
  • Assist with setting up Suites, Clubs, or Catering Areas pre-event.
  • Help with close down procedures during events and help to ensure all areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Uphold guest service standards and assist with any customer service related issues.
  • Assist Management with daily or monthly inventory counts.
  • Assist Management with data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Constant lifting, twisting, reaching, bending, and repetitive motions
