Fleet F&B Experience ManagerCruise Ships$6750 + bonusA new senior position as Fleet F&B Experience Manager has become available with a leading international cruise ship company.As Fleet F&B Experience Manager your role will entail accountability for the delivery of on-board guest experience in F&B across the fleet.This is a ship-based position working with a wide range of stakeholders (ship & shore-based teams) to provide operational direction & support ensuring consistent & robust delivery of a luxury product, required standards & targets across all Food and Beverage functions. Your stakeholders will be from all parts of the business including Ship Teams, Brand & PR, Product & Commercial Services, Maritime, Public Health, Safety, People & Rotations, Strategic & Commercial Planning & Finance.Requirements:English C1Italian C1BS in Hospitality with 10 years in F&B Management in multi-outlet in at least 4* chains &/or cruise vesselsPrevious experience in related business administrationKnowledge of USPH & HACCP at management levelContract: Fixed term contract 5 months each - s/he will move from one vessel to the other during this time
