Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team! The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the fleet sales process, and will be well versed in effective sales strategies, customer service and leadership. The Fleet Manager will work directly with sales staff, clients and dealership management. What We Offer:

Core Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding vehicle fleet and commercial purchases
• Respond to sales inquiries and requests for proposals in a timely manner to build rapport and obtain business
• Prepare contracts and oversee the purchase process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Log daily sales and prospecting activities in CRM tool
• Oversee the logistics of vehicle acquisition and delivery to customers

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of dealership fleet management experience is required
• Experience in fleet and/or commercial sales and finance preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the management team
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
• A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and clean driving record are required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment Typical work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, but we are looking for flexible candidates who are able to work extended hours including evenings and Saturdays as needed to meet business needs.
