Starting Pay: $55k-60k DOE
Who we need:
The Fleet Manager is responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles. Fleet manager also serves as the primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED plus five (5) years related experience required.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business or related field preferred.
Must have reliable transportation, valid AZ Driver's License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain Copa Health's acceptable driving requirements.
JOB SUMMARY
Manage all aspects of the 5310 Grant Reporting Requirements
Keep current all annual vehicle inspections as required by the 5310 grants
Manage the Vehicle stock Rotation
Coordinate assignment of vehicles to programs based on need
Manage all Maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles
Maintain all vehicles for current insurance and tags
Rotate vehicles based on need and milage
Coordinate Fleet activities with Enterprise Fleet Management
Maintain accurate and current gas card access for all staff in cooperation with The People First Department
Schedule and maintain quarterly vehicle inspection requirements
Adherence to all agency policies and training requirements.
To ensure compliance & adequate services, additional job duties may be required to meet the needs of the program and or department.
