  • Create and distribute meeting agendas.
  • Record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Plan and order meals for meetings.
  • Gather information from Fleet staff and other resources to create presentations using programs such as PowerPoint.
  • Maintain office supply inventory.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain billing and budget for office supplies.
  • Provide 1st tier customer service to main line callers.
  • Serve as a backup to multiple customer support roles.
  • Manage contact systems, including phones, email, etc.
  • Onboard new employees
  • Review IT inventory and billing
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Division Director and his management team.
  • Manage website content and update information as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading office support duties.
Supplemental InformationThis position is currently a hybrid of both in-office and remote work days. Please note, a position\'s eligibility for remote work is established by agency management and is subject to change at their discretion at any time and for any reason.Working Conditions:
  • Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
Physical Requirements:
  • Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
