This role requires the ability to work where needed and be available to work at any time when assigned. If you have a valid driver\'s license and are ready for a versatile position, we want to hear from you!Job Summary:Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and dedicated NA/CNA to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our senior clients as a floater. The position is within the healthcare/medical field and is located on Oahu.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Medication reminders
• Monitor clients\' health and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare team members.
• Be available to work at varying times as assigned.
• Drive to different locations as required by the job.
• Perform a variety of tasks depending on the needs of the clients.
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, while maintaining a full-time schedule.
• Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and environments.
• Good communication skills.
