Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Floaters in the NAs/CNAs role. • Assist clients in fulfilling their personal care needs with utmost comfort and dignity.
• Provide comprehensive support and management of clients' medication requirements.
• Conduct regular health monitoring of clients and promptly report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of all care provided and diligently document any observations or concerns.
• Offer meaningful companionship, emotional support, and attentive listening to promote the overall well-being of our clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, proficiently handle meal preparation, and expertly run errands as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our valued clients.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Be flexible and available to work during varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Perform a wide range of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
• Adapt effectively to changing schedules and responsibilities to deliver the best possible care and support.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule.
• Demonstrate exceptional levels of compassion, patience, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Efficient multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and unwavering dependability.
• Capability to seamlessly adapt to various tasks and environments.
• Outstanding communication skills enabling effective interaction with clients and the healthcare team.

Benefits

• Guaranteed payment of $42,000 per year plus bonuses for a full 40 hours per week, regardless of the actual number of hours worked.
