Do you have strong customer service skills and love working with people? AMLI Residential has an exciting opportunity for a Floating Leasing Consultant that will work at our luxury apartment communities throughout our Denver portfolio.
Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize the properties' occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation. You also have the opportunity to host and plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work.

Duties Include:Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs. Timely and accurately processed all required administrative forms, leases, and related information. Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints. This includes helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment. Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically. Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager. Includes participation in resident activities. Shop competition regularly. Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.


Compensation and Benefits:
AMLI offers the following benefits to meet the needs of AMLI employees and their families:$22 an hour plus earn an extra 40% on average in leasing commissions/bonuses and awards. Requirements:We seek someone with two or more years of related sales and/or customer service experience. HS/GED required. College is a big plus. Weekend availability is required.
