We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the floor staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Ensure that all guests are greeted promptly and provided with exceptional service throughout their visit
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with ordering supplies as needed Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in supervising a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and experience in the culinary or hospitality industry
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer complaints or issues promptly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager is preferred
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus
