Key Responsibilities:

Perform walkthroughs, estimates, and proposals for floor care services Power washing and carpet cleaning Stripping and waxing floors Provide progress updates with photos and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in floor care maintenance Legally authorized to work in the United States At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass pre-employment drug tests and random drug tests if hired Ability to pass a criminal background check Flexible and adaptable to change Team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

Honest, reliable, and able to work both independently and in teams Self-motivated with a desire to learn new techniques Consistently punctual and dependable Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Outstanding customer service skills with a warm greeting and smile Well-maintained appearance Strong verbal and written communication skills
Candidates without prior experience will be considered if they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and possess the necessary qualities for the role.
