Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate at Cozy Interiors, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers to provide them with an outstanding shopping experience. This role is essential in helping customers find the perfect products for their homes while contributing to our mission of delivering quality and style.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Provide product demonstrations and detailed information to enhance customer understanding. Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment. Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels. Support visual merchandising efforts to showcase products effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively. Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required. Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
