Muffy\'s Flowers is hiring! We are looking for an experienced floral designer, to add to our awesome staff!! Our ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, and will be responsible for creating, designing and maintaining floral displays and arrangements, helping customers with floral selections and designing floral arrangements that complement specific events. The Floral Designer works closely with our floral team to follow seasonal trends, direct traffic within the store and assist in inventory management. Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements in a creative and innovative style.
- Apply basic design principles when creating designs.
- Know the blooming schedule of flowers and how to combine flowers.
- Perform tasks to meet internal organizational goals and business needs.
- Prepare orders for special events in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all sanitation requirements and carry out pre-determined health and safety policies and procedures.
- Handle floral inventory in a safe and cost effective manner.
