Job Description

A foam cutter\'s duties revolve around preparing material to cut into a diffrent sizes or patterns by measuring, placing marks, and cutting the fabric or foam to the proper specifications. As a foam cutter, you can work in different environments and may handle various materials depending on that environment. Gluing sheets of foam together using adhesive to form dual density foam. Uses band saws and slitter to cut foam, uses hand saw to bevel foam. Mark out foam using patterns and markers. Foam Cutter\'s should have experience measuring with a tape measure. • 8 hour shift
