Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable and growing foundry located in Blaine, MN. We are looking for a mechanically incluined Greensand Molder/Melter. This foundry is a full service casting facility located in Blaine, MN. The company has over 60 years of casting excellence and is a recognized leader in the foundry industry. Responsibilities

We are waving the 2-year minimum experience requirement. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and have the ability to work in our foundry manufacturing facility.

The position requires operating production equipment. Greensand molding operator will work on our BMM, Squeezer or Roto Lift machines producing quality greensand molds.

Metal pourers hand pour the molten aluminum (up to 1300 degrees) into the sand molds for the production of aluminum castings.

You must be able to operator a computer to access training & work instructions, be able to follow all processes and procedures for the Greensand Molder Melter foundry production job.

You must be self-motivated, detail orientated, dependable with a good attendance record & have a positive attitude.

The essential functions of this role include:
