ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for an experiential production designer to be a part of our creative team. You will attend and lead client presentations, come up with concepts and mood boards to develop concepts into strong imagery and experience. You will lead and oversee the work of designers and fabricators to ensure the brand vision is perfectly expressed in the final physical and digital products. RESPONSIBILITIES Duties/Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings as needed to achieve team alignment
• Comfortable directing the work across sets, web, print and motion graphics for a live summit & award show
• Work within budget to obtain all props needed for set design
• When onsite, set up all props and provide feedback to team on practical lighting
• Coordinate with venue management on any changes to venue decor
• Collaboration with experiential and event design team to develop concepts
• Create the visual assets, such as 2D sketches and 3D concept renderings required to transform creative ideas into tangible experiences.
• Manage schedule of set preparation to maximize use of event spaces.

Skills required

• Extensive experience working on live events, festivals, conferences and award shows.
• Good English including written and verbal
• Ability to work in 3D tools such as SketchUp to showcase plans and designs

We require all candidates to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 once required to work onsite. Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $80.00 per hour Experience:
