Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel\'s computer system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service to guests Looking for applicants that have hotel front desk experience.
