At St. James Place in Beaver Creek, we're looking for enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to be the welcoming face and problem-solving expert for our guests. From seamless check-ins to going above and beyond with special requests, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting memorable stays. What You'll Do:

Welcome guests and owners with warmth, professionalism, and prompt attention to their needs. Efficiently handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and care. Manage incoming calls, offering clear, helpful information or routing as necessary. Maintain up-to-date reservations and communications with meticulous attention to detail. Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the front desk operates smoothly.

Schedule:

AM shift (7 AM-11 AM) and PM shift (3 PM-11 PM). Weekend and holiday availability required.
